Sodium dihydrogen phosphate is a colorless columnar crystal, no, slightly deliquescent. The relative density is 2.04, the melting point is 60 ºC, and it is easily soluble in water but insoluble in ethanol. When heated below 100 ºC, it can dissolve in crystal water to form monohydrate salt; when heated to 100 ºC, it will lose crystal water and become anhydrous. Continue heating to become sodium metaphosphate.
