Pharmacological action ：

1. Antitumor action. The crude drug Of cinobufalin 3G (per kg body weight) had obvious tumor suppressive effect on S180 sarcoma and H22 liver cancer in mice, and had obvious life prolonging tendency on L1210 leukemia mice. The inhibition rate of 7.5g crude drug /kg of cinobutanin on W256 in rats was 68.7%. In vitro drug experiments showed that the crude drug 2mg/ml of cinobufalin had cytotoxic effects on three tumor strains of digestive system (human liver cancer SMMC-7721, human gastric cancer MKN45 and human colon cancer LOVO), and its mechanism was to directly kill tumor cell DNA and lead to tumor cell necrosis. From the molecular level, it was observed that cinbulitin could increase the plasma cAMP content and restore the normal cAMP/cGMP ratio in H22 hepatocellular carcinoma mice. The inhibition rate was 35.5% when used alone in mice with S180 sarcoma, and increased to 71% when combined with CTX chemicalbook. The efficacy was better than that of CTX alone, indicating that the combined use of CTX and Cinefadin had a synergistic effect. Clinical data also showed that the combination of cinobufalin with 5-FU, CTX, MTX and VCR had a synergistic effect, and the efficacy of chemotherapy combined with cinobufalin was significantly higher than that of chemotherapy alone, and the toxic and side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy could be alleviated. 

2. Immune promotion. It can prevent and cure leukopenia caused by CTX, increase the ratio of lymphocyte, and increase the content of IgG and IgM in serum of mice. The experimental data also showed that cinobutanin could enhance humoral immunity and cellular immunity.

 3, antiviral effect. The results showed that huafinin inhibited the replication of both 2215 cells and duck HEPATITIS B virus. Clinical data also showed that huafinin had a significant effect on chronic HBsAg carriers.
