Application

Seafood contains more iodine than terrestrial foods: since the sea is nature's iodine reservoir, Marine life contains high levels of iodine. The foods with the highest iodine content are Marine products, such as kelp, seaweed, fresh sea fish, dried cockles, dried clams, scallops, mussels, sea cucumber, jellyfish, lobster, etc. The iodine content of kelp was the highest, which could reach 240mg/kg or more in dry kelp.
