Application

Synephrine can be used as a pressor, for shock, for heart failure, treatment of bronchial asthma and operation and anesthesia of bottom blood pressure, collapse and shock, body and position hypotension, etc. Alpha-adrenergic receptor agonists, vasoconstrictors, etc. 1. Cardiovascular effects The intravenous injection of Fructus aurantii, Fructus aurantii decoction, Fructus aurantii extract, Fructus aurantii injection and its active component, Syneferine hydrochloride, can significantly enhance a variety of myocardial contractile and pumping function indexes of anesthetitic dogs, which can strengthen the heart, contract blood vessels, increase total peripheral resistance, and increase left ventricular pressure and arterial blood pressure. Modern studies have also confirmed that trifoliate can increase the aortic tension and make the aortic smooth muscle contract in a concentration-dependent manner.

2. Effects on weight loss Synephrine hydrochloride acts as a weight loss promoter by stimulating the β-3 adrenergic receptor to produce lipidolysis and subsequent thermogenesis. Most dietary supplements containing synephrine hydrochloride also contain other different ingredients, mainly caffeine, salicylic acid, and ephedrine. The combination of the above chemical components can improve the weight loss effect of synephrine hydrochloride.
